If you wish to return or exchange the purchased items, please contact dovile@pillystudio.com within 14 days from the date you received your order. Please contact us using the same email address the order was placed including your order number. You will receive a reply within 1-2 working days with all the information.
Swimwear items are not refundable. We only offer swimwear items to be returned in exchange for a store credit, that can be used to repurchase a new size. For sanitary reasons please try on swimwear over your underwear, we dot not accept exchanges that are worn, stained, altered or soiled.
Sale items are not refundable nor exchanged.
Customer is responsible for paying his own shipping cost for refundable items. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
If you want to return an item you have to comply with the conditions:
- Returned items have to be in the original packaging and condition.
- Items must not be worn nor washed.
- Items must not be damaged, stained/soiled or altered.
- Pilly has the right not the accept the goods returned by the Buyer, in case the Buyer does not follow the prescribed return procedure or returned items are in the conditions named in 2nd and 3rd point.
